Marcy Burchfield and Philippa Campsie spoke at a forum titled "Too Much Room to Grow?" hosted by the Canadian Urban Institute. After their keynote talk, panellists offered further views: Rob Horne, Commissioner of Planning at the Region of Waterloo; Leith Moore, Vice President of Development, Sorbara Group; Dr. Pamela Blais, Principal of Metropole Consultants and author of Perverse Cities; and Larry Clay, Assistant Deputy Minister, Ministry of Infrastructure (Ontario Growth Secretariat). The session was moderated by CUI Senior Associate Paul Bedford, former Chief Planner for the City of Toronto.
