The IBI Group was commissioned to undertake a major study of the future of the Toronto Region. The study projects the future of the region under a series of different "scenarios," each one representing a set of assumptions about public policy, demographic trends, and economic factors. The IBI Group modelled the land use and transportation components of the study, and Dillon Consulting was retained to model the water and waste water needs for the study. Pamela Blais of Metropole Consultants acted as a special advisor to Neptis for the project.
