The Neptis Library is intended to be used as a resource for locating reliable information on the past, present and future of Toronto and other urban regions. The library contains reports from research commissioned by Neptis, as well as links to related research commissioned or produced by other respected foundations, universities, research institutes, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations. The Library is organized by subject. Individual titles can be located using the search utility on our website.

Neptis offers its research in several formats – research papers, technical reports, summaries, maps, and commentaries. In some cases, research findings are discussed in the context of other Neptis research. With all of its research projects, Neptis reserves the right to comment on a report’s findings while respecting a researcher’s informed opinion and the foundation’s nonpartisan perspective.

Most reports can be downloaded from this website. For reports that are not downloadable, we summarize and post the main findings of the research directly on our website. The reports are available on CD, free of charge. Hard copies of most reports may be bought for the cost of printing and shipping.
